Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, which are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CT. If your purchase was made after 5pm CT, your first business day will be the next business day. You will receive an update email once your product(s) are processed, shipped, and delivered. 

Please double check your shipping address before completing purchases as "but God" is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses. If you found an error in your shipping address, please notify customer service at info@butgod.shop immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been processed. 

Shipping times are standard between 4-8 days for most products. As a note, shipping time does not include processing time or production time. As our business grows, we hope to decrease our processing and production time to be a total of 2 business days. Please bear with us as we embark on this journey.
